(TSXV: ZEN) (OTCQX: ZTEKF) (“Zentek” or the “Company“) today announces, further to its news releases dated August 28, 2026, and August 31, 2026, that its common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQX Best Market, the highest tier of the OTC Markets, and will begin trading under the symbol “ZTEKF” at the open of trading on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Trading of the Company’s common shares on The Nasdaq Capital Market is expected to be suspended at the open of trading on the same date. The Company intends to request a hearing to appeal the Nasdaq delisting determination, which will not stay the suspension of trading.
The Company’s common shares continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ZEN. The TSX Venture Exchange is the Company’s primary listing and is unaffected. Shareholders are not required to take any action.
The transition of trading onto the OTCQX Best Market is not expected to result in material impacts to Zentek’s business or operations.
