Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – September 3, 2026) – Westlinear Minerals Corp. (“Westlinear” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the closing of its oversubscribed non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”), issuing 5,926,667 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.075 per Unit for gross proceeds of $444,500 on September 1, 2026.
The Offering was upsized from its initial target of $425,000 to aggregate gross proceeds of $444,500. No finder’s fee were paid in connection with the Offering.
Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a “Share”) and one fully transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.40 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for property exploration and general working capital.
All securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws.
