Koenig Scientific, led by Alan Koenig, is an independent technical consultancy specialising in analytical instrumentation, method optimisation, and laboratory best practices. The firm supports laboratories, instrumentation companies, critical metals producers, and advanced materials manufacturers with improving analytical performance, QA/QC systems, and operational efficiency.
Alan Koenig is the Founder and Chief Technology Wizard of Koenig Scientific, LLC. Alan brings more than two decades of experience across industry, government and consulting. Most recently, he served as Technical Advisor, Analytical Labs and Analytical Laboratory Manager at one of the world’s largest gold producers.
Programme Focus Areas
Geochemistry expansion readiness: aligning quality systems, sample handling protocols and analytical workflows with the expanded capacity, throughput and scope being introduced across the laboratory network.
Workflow optimisation: end-to-end review and refinement of laboratory workflows to improve turnaround times, reduce variability and enhance the customer experience as sample volumes scale.
Continual QA/QC improvement: ongoing enhancement of the Company’s QA/QC framework, including refinement of standard operating procedures, additional personnel training and strengthened internal controls.
ISO/IEC 17025 Quality System: continued performance and monitoring under the Company’s accredited Quality System, enhanced internal controls and expanded capacity across sample preparation and analysis.
