Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – May 5, 2026) – IAMGOLD Corporation (NYSE: IAG) (TSX: IMG) (“IAMGOLD” or the “Company”) announces that all items of business were approved by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) held virtually on May 5, 2026.
All eight director nominees proposed by the Board of Directors were elected by shareholders. In addition, shareholders voted in favour of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s auditor for the ensuing year, the approval of the Company’s share incentive plan, and the advisory resolution on the Company’s approach to executive compensation.

Election of Directors
A total of 446,055,766 common shares were voted by proxy and ballot on the election of directors, representing approximately 76.6% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares. The nominees listed on the Management Information Circular dated March 25, 2026, were elected as directors of the Company to hold office for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed. KPMG LLP were appointed auditor of the Company to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are appointed, and the directors of the Corporation were authorized to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
