The MCTO applied only to certain members of management and did not restrict trading by public shareholders.
The Company has now filed all outstanding continuous disclosure documents, including its audited annual financial statements, MD&A, and CEO and CFO certifications for the year ended September 30, 2025, as well as its interim financial statements, MD&A, and certifications for the three months ended December 31, 2025.
