SMPR will relay the broad story of NOP so that the Company, its management, and industry is better known, for an initial term of 6 months, in consideration of a fee of US$10,000 per month. SMPR limits its strategic planning, outreach, communications, and related activities to audiences, media outlets, and organizations located within the United States. SMPR does not undertake, represent, or engage in media and public relations efforts directed toward international markets, foreign jurisdictions, or non-U.S. entities.

NOP is a junior exploration company with an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed, 6.6 kilometres long, in northeast Nevada. Additional applications extend the potential strike of rock phosphate to over 30 kilometres. This is believed to be the only known large-scale organic sedimentary phosphate project in North America. It is situated close to the main highway to Montello/Elko, Nevada, and near the rail head to California or the East Coast.
